MOVE and MATP Day 2024

We had a fantastic day last Thursday celebrating MOVE Day! In the morning, we held an MATP competition where the students competed against each other in different categories. All the students tried really hard, and lots of medals were handed out throughout the morning.

In the afternoon, we had an Olympic-themed closing ceremony. Each class dressed as a different country and performed a short dance or sequence to represent their chosen country. We had a special guest join us, Graeme Ballard, who holds the world record in sprinting 100m category, with a time of 11.98 seconds at the Paralympic World Cup in Manchester! It was an honor for the students to meet Graeme. He helped to judge our dance competition and give the awards!
