Go Kids Go

Yesterday, we had the pleasure of welcoming the charity “Go-Kids-Go” to our school for a wheelchair training session! The session was so much fun! Pupils were able to practice their wheelchair skills in both powered and manual chairs.

Go-Kids-Go catered to all abilities and was able to teach our pupils some valuable safety skills, along with playing some games and having a wheelchair dance! The staff were also given wheelchairs to teach staff how difficult these skills are for our pupils to learn and to show staff how to teach children these skills in the future. Go-Kids-Go runs sessions all over the country for children and their families and often runs an event in Preston. For more information, please visit their website.
