All About Your Child

As a school, we are committed to working with you to support your child as they transition into the Mayfield family. As part of the transition process, members of Mayfield staff will spend time with your child in their current setting to observe them and talk to staff who know them well. This will include things like their likes and dislikes, how they communicate, and any physical or sensory needs they may have. This information will be used by your child’s class teacher to compile a one-page “All About Me” document. In addition, we are committed to providing your child with nutritious and enjoyable meal experiences at school. To ensure that we meet their individual needs and preferences, we kindly request that you complete the following Meal Time Information form.
