We Are Now a MATP Centre of Excellence!

We are thrilled to announce that our school has been officially accredited as a Centre of Excellence for MATP (Motor Activity Training Program)! This is an incredible achievement, especially as we are only the third school in the country to receive this prestigious award.

MATP has been an integral part of our school since 2020, providing accessible and engaging physical activities tailored to meet the needs of our students. Over the years, it has grown from an intervention into a fully embedded part of our curriculum, ensuring all students have the opportunity to take part in meaningful physical activity.

During the accreditation visit, our assessor was highly impressed by the dedication of our students and staff, the strong sense of community, and the genuine enthusiasm in every session. She praised the way our staff understand, support, and challenge each student to reach their full potential.

This recognition is a testament to the hard work, passion, and commitment of our staff and students. We are incredibly proud of this achievement and look forward to continuing to develop and strengthen our MATP program in the future.
