This half term in Indigo Class we are exploring different celebrations🎉

We are looking at Valentine’s Day, Chinese New Year, St Patrick’s Day, Mother’s Day and Easter, with each week focusing on a different celebration.

Our learning takes place through our sensory “Love Story”, using music, movement and dance, sensory exploration, creative activities and food tasting. The children are experiencing different textures, sounds, smells and tastes linked to each celebration.

These activities support engagement, communication, anticipation and shared enjoyment. It has been wonderful to see the pupils responding in their own unique ways and enjoying these special experiences together.

We are having lots of fun exploring and celebrating each week! 💜
