Red Class Explores Growth and Oral Health Through Hands-On Learning!
Red Class has been exploring growth and oral health through exciting hands-on activities. As part of our growing topic, we have enjoyed listening to Jack and the Beanstalk and The Enormous Turnip, using these stories to inspire our learning. Students explored simple forces using turnips, ropes, gutters, soil, and seeds, deepening their understanding of how things grow and move. In the Woodland Area, we planted seeds and are eagerly waiting to see them sprout!
Alongside this, Red Class has been learning about teeth and oral hygiene during Oral Health Week, discovering the importance of keeping our teeth clean and practising brushing techniques.
