Our online forms make submitting essential documents and information quick and secure, saving you the hassle of paper forms. We primarily communicate through ClassDojo and email where we will send important emails, letters, messages and reminders regarding your child. Your child’s emergency contacts with Priority 1 and 2 will be automatically uploaded to our secure database.

ClassDojo is a platform that connects teachers, students and their families to create a collaborative classroom community. This platform enables teachers to engage families by sharing photos and videos or memorable classroom moments or other achievements. We employ ClassDojo as a means of instantaneous communication, enabling us to share messages, updates, events and photographs from class.

Families can access ClassDojo from any device, whether it’s through downloading the app on a mobile device or using a laptop or PC. You can easily search for ‘ClassDojo’ in your internet browser or app store.

Once you have completed the consent form below, your child’s class teacher will send you a unique code and login details.

To start using ClassDojo, follow these steps:

Download the ClassDojo app or visit www.classdojo.com
Select ‘Parent’ to create a parent account
Enter your name, email and create a password
Tap on ‘Add a child (+)’ and use the code we provide

Class Dojo is a fantastic online reward system that enables teachers to share updates and reward points for outstanding work and helpfulness in class. Similar to other social media platforms, parents can exchange messages with teachers, share photos, and post on the class wall. This platform serves as an excellent way for teachers to provide regular updates and foster a sense of community within the class.
