Lancashire swimming gala school games (04/02/26)

On Wednesday 4th February, our students proudly represented Mayfield School at the Lancashire School Games Swimming Gala 2026 , competing against schools from across Lancashire.

The event, organised by the Chorley School Sports Partnership, saw our swimmers take part in a range of 25m races, including front crawl, backstroke, breaststroke, as well as an exciting relay race.

All of our students performed exceptionally well, showcasing fantastic technique, determination, and hard work throughout the competition. We are incredibly proud to share that our swimmers won a variety of gold, silver, and bronze medals.

Our students showed great confidence, sportsmanship, and teamwork. We are extremely proud of their achievements.
