Could you be our next Parent Governor?

We’re looking for parents of children currently attending Mayfield School who’d like to get involved in helping shape the future of our school!

Parent Governors work with the Headteacher and Governing Body to make important decisions about our school’s direction — from budgets and staffing to supporting every child’s learning and wellbeing.

It’s a fantastic way to make a real difference, learn new skills, and be part of the team that helps Mayfield continue to thrive.

To be eligible, you must be a parent, carer, or have parental responsibility for a child registered at the school. Governors usually serve a four-year term and attend meetings throughout the year.
