On Tuesday, we came together across school to celebrate Diwali, the Festival of Lights. Each class enjoyed a range of sensory and creative activities designed to help pupils learn about and experience this special celebration.
Pupils explored colourful materials and light-based sensory play, created bright and expressive artwork inspired by fireworks, and enjoyed the sights and sounds that make Diwali such a joyful occasion. The activities provided a wonderful opportunity for pupils to develop their creativity, fine motor skills, and sensory awareness, all while learning about the importance of Diwali as a festival that celebrates light, kindness, and togetherness.
It was a fantastic day filled with colour, smiles, and shared learning experiences!
