🏉 Tag Rugby Tournament 🏉

On Thursday 14th May 2026, Mayfield attended a Tag Rugby tournament, competing against schools from across Lancashire.

The team performed brilliantly throughout the competition, showing great determination, teamwork and sportsmanship in four highly competitive matches. Our players scored some excellent tries, defended superbly and worked tirelessly from start to finish.

It has been wonderful to see how much the children have improved during training each week, and all of their hard work paid off on the day, which included an impressive 5–1 victory in one of the matches!

Most importantly, everyone thoroughly enjoyed the experience and represented Mayfield with pride. To top off a fantastic day, every child was presented with a medal for their efforts and participation.
